The Berea Indoor Flea Market takes place on the first weekend of each month from November to March. Pre-registration is required for vendors, as spaces tend to fill up quickly. To register, please call or visit the Fairboard Office on MWF 10-3 (440-243-0090). Payment is required at registration.

Vendor Fees
Each vendor booth is $40 for the weekend. You can bring your own tables or rent three 8-foot tables for $12. Applications are taken over the phone or in person at the Fairboard Office MWF 10am-3pm. Call 440-243-0090 to reserve your spot. Payment is required at registration.
Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE once received. We reserve the right to change your requested booth without notice.

BEREA OUTDOOR MARKET
This vibrant outdoor event takes place nearly every weekend throughout the year, with a few exceptions. Please note that the Outdoor Flea Market will be closed during the Cuyahoga County Fair in August and on weekends when the Indoor Flea Market is held (the first weekend of the month from November through March).
Outdoor Flea Market Buyer Information
If you’re coming to the Flea Market to shop, here are some tips for an enjoyable experience:
- Admission: $1; parking is complimentary. Enter the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds via Bagley Road.
- Hours: Open Every Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 a.m.
- Payment: Most vendors only accept cash, so bring a variety of bills to assist with haggling.
- Weather: Keep in mind that favorable weather typically attracts more sellers.
- Timing: Arrive early to discover the best treasures.
- Haggling: Be ready to negotiate; it’s all part of the experience. However, please make reasonable offers.
- Deals: You'll find better prices when purchasing multiple items.
Outdoor Flea Market Seller Information
Interested in selling at the Flea Market? Anyone can set up! Here's how:
- Fees (April to October): Pay at the gate ($7 on Saturdays, $14 on Sundays), then drive to the next available spot.
- Fees (November to March): Pay at the gate ($2 on Saturdays, $3 on Sundays), then drive to the next available spot.
- Reservations: No reservation is necessary, but you can reserve an outdoor space if desired. Check out the Berea Flea Market Track Map for details.
- Opening Time: We start at 6 a.m.
- Weather: Remember that good weather usually means more shoppers and sellers.
- Setup: Bring tables; items tend to sell best at eye level.
- Space: Each space is approximately 25 feet wide.
- Change: Carry change to ensure you don’t miss out on sales due to an inability to break larger bills.
PEAK HOURS: MOST SALES OCCUR BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND 11 A.M.
